April – 30 Days of Biking
April is also the month of the 30 Days of Biking movement that is happening in Hutchinson and Shakopee around the country. If you haven’t pledged yet, you can still make a personal commitment to bike each day this month, beginning now! Biking is a great exercise and will keep your body moving.
Get Outside – Earth Day
Earth Day is April 22. How are you going to enjoy the outdoors? Go for a walk or bike ride? Do some lawn or garden work? Go golfing or play catch? It’s a perfect opportunity to get outside and get moving.
We do Speaking Engagements on Natural Health!
One of our ongoing goals at Caspers Chiropractic is education. We are working on getting our speaking calendar set up for 2022 and are open to speak to groups, including service organizations and businesses doing lunch-and-learns.
