We’re located just north of Route 169 and Marschall Road. We’re across from Old National Bank, and Kwik Trip is nearby. Parking is available on premises. We have early and late hours for your convenience, and on-site X-rays as well. A no-obligation consultation is also available.
We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicare. We work with CareCredit®, HSA and FSA plans, VA, and accept major credit cards. A “Time of Service” cash discount is offered, and you may take advantage of our in-house financing, the Budget Express Plan. We never want finances to prevent you from getting the care you need.
